Chair Yoga
Chair yoga exercise is Gia’s own style of gentle yet effective movement done in a chair. It is developed upon and gleaned from her many years of experience in yoga. Gia’s classes are well-rounded and connect to every basic part of the body.
Stretching and strengthening muscles, and deeper breathing will increase circulation. This in turn increases clarity of mind, and balance, decrease aches and pains and helps with organ and glandular function.
