Belly Dance

Belly dancing is an ancient art and dance for the empowerment of women. Gia’s classes consist of soft warm up dancing, target stretching, basic technique, veil work, improvised  dancing and choreographed dancing. Gia has always taught for the power freedom and joy for women. This dance can bring multiple layers of empowerment, for body mind and soul. Her classes are a good balance of all the facets of any dance discipline. But also gives a creative and eclectic freedom in her classes.
