Yoga is more than just exercises and postures ... yoga can be a whole lifestyle. Gia believes that we create our lifestyle and our lifestyle creates us - how we live our days is how we live our whole lives and we change it one step, one moment, one habit at a time.

Yoga lifestyle can incorporate everything from not only how we exercise, but what we eat, how we eat, when we eat and sleep, how we think, breathe, act, dress, arrange our home, clean our home, spend and budget our time and our money ... and also choosing each moment as it comes.

Currently Gia teaches chair yoga in the senior facilities all over Hartford. She is available for private yoga classes and special group sessions for clubs, in-service days, or special wellness programs. This also can include a lecture on yogic lifestyle and health.
